Returns & Store Credit
At Known To None, every piece undergoes careful quality checks before it leaves us. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we handle it.
What Can Be Returned
We accept return requests for reasons related to size, fit, style, or personal preference. We also accept returns if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
All requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery through our Request a Return page.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- For hygiene reasons, items should be tried over undergarments and returned in their original condition.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, clear images of the item as received must be submitted for verification. Our team will reach out to you for the same.
How We Resolve It
For returns due to size, fit, style, or personal preference
Once the item reaches us and passes our quality inspection, we'll issue store credit for your order value minus a flat ₹150 handling fee. Store credit can be used to place a new order on our website.
For returns due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Once your claim is verified and the item is received, we'll send you the correct item as a replacement — no new order required. If the originally ordered item is unavailable, we'll issue store credit for the full order value — no handling fee applies.
Store Credit
- Store credit is issued after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Store credit does not expire.
- Store credit can be applied to any future purchase on our website.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Reverse Pickup
We arrange complimentary reverse pickup for all approved return requests.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery.
Additional Notes
- This policy applies per item, not per order.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above.
